Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad extends property acquisition deadline

Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad announced that its subsidiary, Positive Sunland Sdn Bhd, has entered into a supplemental agreement to extend the conditional period for the acquisition of commercial land in Kuala Lumpur by six months to March 22, 2027.
