Sinfonia Finance B.V. to delist instalment notes after full redemption

Sinfonia Finance B.V. has confirmed that its Series 2003-1 EUR 10,216,107 Instalment Secured Notes due December 2041 have redeemed in full. The issuer intends to withdraw these notes from listing on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.
