Myriad Uranium says Copper Mountain tests cut ore mass 70% while tripling uranium grade
Myriad Uranium reported initial 2026 tests of DISA Uranium’s high-pressure slurry ablation technology on Copper Mountain drill samples. Lab results showed about 70% mass reduction while concentrating 83.9% of uranium into 29.3% of material. Uranium recovery to fines concentrate rose to 90.6% when 37.5% of mass was pulled into concentrate. Coarse waste fraction uranium dropped 74.5% to 87.9%, supporting lower downstream processing volumes. Radionuclide activity in coarse material fell 78.8% for Ra-226, 83.5% for Th-230, potentially easing waste handling.
