Investors remain reluctant to buy tighter French-German spread, Mizuho says

Mizuho’s note says the renewed widening in the 10-year French OAT–German Bund yield spread suggests investors are reluctant to chase French risk tighter despite government efforts to reassure markets over the 2027 budget.
