Keyfield International Berhad to issue 35,000 new shares under ESOS

Keyfield International Berhad will issue 35,000 new shares under its Employees' Share Option Scheme (ESOS) at an issue price of 0.9000 Malaysian Ringgit per share. The latest issued share capital will be 811,323,800 shares.
