Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy said it has separately secured an order for two utility-scale BESS projects in South Africa, with a combined storage capacity of 616 MWh. Shares of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy rose sharply in early trade on Tuesday after the renewable energy engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company announced the order.
