ING Bank N.V. London: Pré-Stabilisation Notice For FMO Securities

ING Bank N.V. London Branch has issued a pre-stabilisation notice regarding the offer of EUR 500m aggregate nominal amount of WNG 5Y Green securities from Nederlandse Financierings-Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden N.V. (FMO). The stabilisation period is expected to start on September 22, 2026, and end no later than 30 days after the proposed issue date.
