Estee Gold Feet shareholders back plan for up to 2 billion new shares

Estee Gold Feet shareholders met on Sept. 18, 2026 and backed a plan authorizing issuance of up to 2,000,000,000 new shares with a Rp 5 par value. The board was mandated to proceed with the issuance, including appointing advisers and setting key terms. Shareholders also accepted changes to the board composition and amended the articles of association.
