Master Drilling director Hennie Faul resigns

Independent non-executive director Hendrik Johannes (Hennie) Faul will resign from Master Drilling Group Ltd. effective Oct. 31, 2026. He will step down from the Risk Committee, Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee, and Remuneration Committee on the same date. Board chairman Hendrik Roux van der Merwe will join the Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee and Remuneration Committee from Nov. 1, 2026, when Ramathe will chair the Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee, Deshmukh the Remuneration Committee, and Brink the Risk Committee.
