Kanzhun declares annual cash dividend of US$0.255/share, US$0.51/ADS

Kanzhun Ltd. declared an annual cash dividend of $0.255 per ordinary share or $0.51 per ADS, with an aggregate payout expected to be around $230 million. The dividend will be funded from surplus cash reserves. Ordinary shares have a record date of Sept. 28, 2026, with payment expected Oct. 6, 2026. ADSs have a record date of Sept. 28, 2026, with payment expected on or around Oct. 14, 2026.
