Strabag SE to acquire Kee Surfacing, expand Australian platform
Strabag SE has signed an agreement to acquire Kee Surfacing, which generates annual revenue of approximately 52 million euros. The acquisition is subject to customary conditions and will double Strabag Australia's order backlog to over one billion euros since March 2025.
STRABAG SE said on Sept 22 it has signed an agreement to acquire Kee Surfacing, extending its Australian platform. The company said the deal will add asphalt production and surfacing capacities to Strabag Australia and is subject to customary conditions. STRABAG said its Australian order backlog has doubled to over one billion euros since March 2025. It also said Kee Surfacing generates annual revenue of approximately 52 million euros.
