Strabag agrees to buy Australia’s KEE Surfacing

Strabag has agreed to acquire KEE Surfacing to expand its roadworks and materials platform in Western Australia. KEE Surfacing employs about 70 staff and generates annual revenue of about EUR 52 million. The deal adds asphalt production and paving capacity, deepening vertical integration in Australia. Strabag’s Australian order backlog has risen to more than EUR 1 billion since acquiring Georgiou Group in March 2025.
