SMG names Daniel Hendel managing director of real estate from Feb. 2027

SMG Swiss Marketplace Group Holding AG named Daniel Hendel managing director, Real Estate, effective Feb. 1, 2027. He will succeed Martin Waeber, who will shift to non-executive board and advisory work. Chief Corporate Officer Jessica List will leave at end-April 2027.
