Alleima appoints Fredrik Lundberg to chair nomination committee for 2027 AGM

Alleima named its nomination committee for the 2027 annual general meeting, with Industrivärden’s Fredrik Lundberg as chair. Other members include Bo Selling of Lundbergföretagen, Jan Dworsky of Swedbank Robur Fonder, and Anna Hääger of AFA Försäkring. The committee will draft proposals on board composition, board chair election, auditor election, auditor remuneration, AGM chair, and nomination committee rules. Shareholder proposals for the 2027 AGM are due by Jan. 15, 2027.
