SMG names Daniel Hendel managing director of real estate

SMG Swiss Marketplace Group Holding AG named Daniel Hendel managing director of Real Estate, effective Feb. 1, 2027, succeeding Martin Waeber. Hendel has been managing director of ImmoScout24 Germany since April 2025, with 15+ years at ImmoScout24 and Scout24 Group. Waeber will step down from the operational role to focus on non-executive board and advisory roles.
