Nile Pharmaceuticals board proposes bonus share issue

The board of EL NILE COMPANY FOR PHARMACEUTICALS AND CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES has proposed issuing 0.37 bonus shares for every existing share. The company also restated its fiscal year net profit after tax to EGP 256.4 million.
