TTEC launches automotive CX programme in Cairo with Volkswagen UK

TTEC says it launched an automotive customer experience (CX) programme in Cairo, expanding its automotive CX capabilities in Egypt, as part of a seven-year strategic collaboration with Volkswagen Group UK Ltd.
