Titan to buy Australia’s Global Lithium in A$333m deal
Global Lithium Resources (ASX:GL1) agreed to a nearly A$333 million ($237 million) takeover by a local unit of UAE-based battery materials firm Titan Lithium Group, sending shares up about 50%.
