Rentokil Agrees To Sell Solitude Lake Management, Vertex Aquatic Solutions To Bain Capital

Rentokil Initial Plc has agreed to sell Solitude Lake Management, Llc and Vertex Aquatic Solutions to Bain Capital for $230 million cash-free, debt-free. Net cash proceeds are expected to be $180 million.
