Alzinova launches rights issue bundling new shares with free warrants

Alzinova has opened subscriptions for a rights issue of units that include warrants of series TO5 and TO6. The issue covers up to 162,112,444 TO5 warrants, 121,584,333 TO6 warrants, and 121,584,333 new shares, aiming to raise approximately SEK 51 million. The terms are set at SEK 1.26 per unit, which is equivalent to SEK 0.42 per share. Warrants carry no subscription price within the unit. The offer has secured commitments covering 79.31% of the issue, including an underwriting commitment of about SEK 40 million from Mangold Fondkommission.
