TAKKT to seek court appointment of Stépan Breedveld as Supervisory Chair

TAKKT AG plans to seek a court appointment for Stépan Breedveld to its Supervisory Board and intends to elect him Chairman. He would replace Hubertus Mühlhauser, who steps down.
