TAKKT AG chairman Hubertus Mühlhäuser to step down; Stépan Breedveld to take over

TAKKT AG announced that Hubertus Mühlhäuser will step down as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Stépan Breedveld is intended to be appointed as a new member of the Supervisory Board and subsequently elected Chairman.
