Peab wins SEK 114 million contract to build 40 homes in Visby

Peab has won a contract valued at SEK 114 million to construct 40 rental homes in Visby for Gotlandshem. The project, part of the Riggen redevelopment, involves six townhouse rows, with construction set to begin in the fourth quarter and occupancy planned for 2029. The order will be recorded in Peab’s construction unit in the third quarter of 2026.
