Allegro Completes Phase I Of Buyback Programme

Allegro.eu SA completed Phase I of its buyback programme, acquiring 1.76% of its own stake. The total value of transactions under Phase I was 800 million zlotys, with an average purchase price of 44.74 zlotys per share.
