Mastercard Asia Pacific to sell Pine Labs stake via block deal

Reports say Mastercard Asia Pacific may sell up to 49.7 million Pine Labs shares (about 4.3%) in a block deal valued up to Rs.892.5 crore, with a reported floor price of Rs.179.50 per share.
