PRG HOLDINGS BERHAD ANNOUNCES UPDATE ON JUDICIAL MANAGEMENT ORDER APPLICATION

PRG Holdings Berhad provided an update on its application for a Judicial Management Order. The company announced that five shareholders have filed a Notice of Application seeking to intervene in the proceedings. The High Court has set new directions and dates for the filing of affidavits and submissions, with the hearing for the interveners' application fixed for November 18, 2026. If the interveners' application is dismissed, the court will proceed with the hearing of the Judicial Management Application.
