Patrick Soon-Shiong disclosed a 19.9% stake in PDS Biotechnology Corporation and filed a Schedule 13D on Sep. 21, 2026. The filing follows an initial PIPE closing on Sep. 7, 2026 that included stock and warrant purchases, and provides him with a board seat plus the right to nominate a second director.
