Pharming posts positive Phase II topline data for leniolisib in immune dysregulation

Pharming Group NV has reported positive topline Phase II data for its drug leniolisib, used to treat primary immunodeficiencies with immune dysregulation. The study indicated that the drug was generally well-tolerated and showed broad clinical improvement, including reduced lymphoproliferation. Results are yet to be presented, with a late-breaking abstract scheduled for the ESID 2026 congress in October. Separately, topline results from a Phase II trial in common variable immunodeficiency are anticipated in Q4 2026.
