Pharming reports positive Phase II leniolisib topline in PIDs

Pharming said it posted positive topline Phase II data for leniolisib in genetically defined PIDs with immune dysregulation, citing a mean 26.4% spleen volume reduction and no new safety signals. Additional data is planned for ESID 2026, and CVID topline is expected in Q4 2026.
