Kumpulan Wang Persaraan increases stake in SD Guthrie Berhad

Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (DIPERBADANKAN) acquired 3,500,000 ordinary shares in SD Guthrie Berhad on Sept. 18, 2026. The acquisition brings its total direct holding to 456,081,178 shares, representing 6.595 percent of the company's stock. It also holds an indirect interest of 56,006,000 shares, or 0.81 percent. The total number of securities after the change is 512,087,178.
