Emkay Global Financial reiterates target for Sobha at Rs 1,900

Emkay Global Financial said Sobha rebounded in FY26 after FY25, citing FY26 pre-sales of Rs81.4bn (+30% yoy) and record 1QFY27 pre-sales of Rs36.6bn (+76% yoy).
