Australia's Cleanaway rises on 50% EQT buyout chance from Morningstar

Shares of Cleanaway Waste Management gained as much as 1.1% to A$2.69 after Morningstar said it assigns a 50% probability to EQT Infrastructure's potential A$9.4 billion takeover bid. The fair value estimate for the waste management firm was maintained at A$2.80/share, with a reversion to A$2.50/share if the deal fails.
