DNEX to issue 203,333 new shares upon warrant conversion

Dagang NeXchange Bhd said on Tuesday it will issue 203,333 new ordinary shares at an issue price of Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) 0.1900 each upon the conversion of warrants. The company's latest issued share capital will stand at 3,514,200,130 units after the corporate action, with a total issued share capital of MYR 1,143,317,874.070.
