Latrobe Magnesium To Raise A$8.5 Million In New Equity Capital

Latrobe Magnesium Ltd plans to raise A$8.5 million in new equity capital through a placement and an underwritten entitlement offer. The placement will raise A$5.1 million by issuing 339.0 million new shares at A$0.015 per share, with the entitlement offer raising the remaining A$3.4 million.
