PMG fund buys NZ childcare centre

Property Managers Group's PMG Direct Childcare Fund has acquired The Maples Early Childhood Education Centre in Te Awamutu, New Zealand. The purchase increases the fund's portfolio to 16 properties focused on modern childcare centers across New Zealand.
