Naver Pay, Korea Investment & Securities boost OTC unlisted share trading

Naver Financial’s Npay Unlisted has signed MOUs with Korea Investment & Securities and Kiwoom Securities to expand South Korea's over-the-counter unlisted share market. The tie-ups aim to establish a more institutionalized trading framework, enhance investor protection, and improve access to unlisted company information. Partners will develop a cross-broker trading system to facilitate trading and settlement between buyers and sellers using different brokerages.
