Uni-Charm Indonesia calls extraordinary shareholders meeting

Uni-Charm Indonesia will hold an extraordinary shareholder meeting in Jakarta on Oct. 14, 2026, where shareholders will vote on amending Article 3 of the company’s articles of association to align with the 2025 Indonesian business classification.
