AltaGas prices US$750 million senior notes offering

AltaGas priced a US$750 million offering of 5.75% Senior Notes due 2031, issued by AltaGas Services (U.S.). Notes are unsecured, with AltaGas providing a full and unconditional guarantee. Proceeds are earmarked for general corporate purposes, including credit facility repayment or redeeming or repurchasing certain medium-term notes. Closing is expected Oct. 1, 2026.
