South Korea Industry Minister Kim: US Investment To Create Inroads For South Korean Businesses Into US Market

SEOUL, Sept 22 (Reuters) — South Korean businesses will secure fresh access to the US market when investment projects under a broad trade deal with Washington are implemented, Seoul's industry minister, Kim Jung-kwan, said on Tuesday. Kim is among the government officials due to brief members of parliament on Tuesday on a plan to invest $350 billion in the US that includes a large gas power plant to be built in the state of Texas.
