K&F Growth Acquisition Corp. II issued $600,000 of unsecured promissory notes on Sept. 18, 2026, to Daniel Fetters and Edward King, with $300,000 principal each. Proceeds are for working capital. The notes bear no interest and mature at the earlier of the initial business combination or liquidation. Payees can convert up to the full principal into units before a business combination, subject to conditions.
