El Paso Natural Gas (EPNG) issued a Location Performance Update dated Sept. 21, 2026. It said location 48149 DQUAILRN (Delivery, NM-P, Zone/Segment 940, LEA,NM) is capped at 2,186 dths on Sept. 21-22, 2026; and it listed location 48149 DQUAILRN as subject to an underperformance cap if performance does not improve by this afternoon. The notice also placed locations on watchlist (48149 DQUAILRN; 341130 IW41-130 Delivery, TX-P, Zone/Segment 940, KEYSTONE GAINES, TX).
