Barksdale Resources Corp. corrected a prior statement on its Sunnyside joint venture governance, revising management committee delegates to two per partner. The earlier Aug. 31, 2026, disclosure had cited three delegates for Barksdale and two for Great Basin Metals. The corrected structure reflects ownership stakes of 67.5% for Barksdale and 32.5% for Great Basin.
