Brown-Forman prices $500 mln of 5.375% notes due 2031

Brown-Forman Corp. priced a $500 million sale of 5.375% Notes due 2031, with closing on Sept. 21, 2026. Barclays, BofA Securities, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, and U.S. Bancorp Investments led the underwriting. Proceeds are earmarked for general corporate purposes, including shareholder returns, debt reduction, working capital, capital spending, and acquisitions. The notes mature on Oct. 15, 2031.
