Jack In The Box, Greenwood extend cooperation agreement through 2028

Jack in the Box Inc announced on Sept. 22 that it has entered into a first amendment to its nomination and cooperation agreement with Greenwood. The agreement term has been extended through the 2028 annual meeting nomination window, and the board size will be capped at nine directors during the covered period without Greenwood's consent.
