AptarGroup notes Russian decree on subsidiary, assessing options

AptarGroup Inc. has taken note of a decree by the President of the Russian Federation that places its subsidiary, OOO Aptar Vladimir, under temporary external administration. The company is currently assessing its options regarding Aptar Vladimir. As of December 31, 2025, Aptar Vladimir represented less than 0.6% of Aptargroup's net sales and operating income.
