Stream Realty assigned leasing for Miami industrial project

Stream Realty Partners has been assigned the leasing for Palmetto Commerce Center, a newly built 320,860-square-foot industrial project in Miami. The center comprises two 160,430-square-foot buildings in North Miami Beach, with approximately 239,692 square feet available and divisible to 20,000 square feet. The leasing effort will be led by Steve Medwin and Nick Wigoda on behalf of owners Xebec and BGO.
