BrightSpire Capital priced BRSP 2026-FL4, a $960M managed CRE CLO, expects about $844.8M of investment-grade notes to be placed, and plans to redeem BRSP 2024-FL2 on Oct. 19, 2026. Closing of the new deal is slated for Oct. 16, 2026.
