Generation Income Properties induces exercise of 4.07M warrants

Generation Income Properties entered an inducement agreement to drive cash exercise of 4,074,359 outstanding warrants at $1.05 per share. In return, it will issue new unregistered five-year warrants to purchase up to 200% of the exercised amount.
