Weave Communications buyout clears US antitrust waiting period

Weave Communications Inc. agreed to be acquired by Willow Parent, an affiliate of Francisco Partners, via a merger with Willow Merger Sub. The U.S. antitrust waiting period ended on Sept. 21, 2026, clearing a key closing condition for the deal, which is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions including stockholder approval.
