Top Financial Group Ltd. appointed Hoi Ling Jennifer Tam as director and co-chief executive officer effective Sept. 21, 2026. Tam also resigned as chief operating officer on the same date, a role she held since Feb. 1, 2021. Ka Fai Yuen shifted from sole CEO to co-CEO effective Sept. 21, 2026, and resigned from the board on the same date.
